terms of service

I accept payments upfront - Depending on the commission size, I will request half/half payments when W.I.P's are approved! I accept payments through PayPal or Ko-fi!I will send a progress check (thru a rough sketch/w.i.p's/etc.) for approval before continuing/finishing the commission.✦✦✦I have the right to decline commissions that I find uncomfortable for myself to draw. (NSFW, hate speech, fetishes, etc.)✦✦✦I will also not accept last-minute changes in commissions. if you have sent your payment and have a last-minute change of mind, I will not issue a refund. please think carefully about what you want before commissioning me.✦✦✦I will issue a refund only if I am unable to complete the commission. I am generally good at keeping up with commissions completing them, but if something were to come up and I cannot manage your commission, I will refund as soon as possible.✦✦✦The amount of time expected to complete a commission is, at the most, about 1-2 days or a week, depending on the size of my commission queue. I will try my best to complete the commission as soon as I can. I will let you know if there will be delays.✦✦✦Tips are greatly appreciated! I'll send updates via social media (whichever is easier to contact you with; Twitter, discord, etc.) and you can let me know if I need to make changes, add something, etc.✦✦✦I will not design customs representing any form of hate/demeanor (racism, sexism, homophobic/transphobic, etc.)✦✦✦If you plan on selling/giving away a design I've created, do not sell it for more than what you paid for.✦✦✦I will design characters for RP's and fandoms, and I will be able to draw any species/creature. (Human, cat, dragon, etc.)✦✦✦
